well, it pays to be informed... even if you don't have a chance... ha ha ha...

A MIRACLE HAPPENED... the insurance guy budged... I made a compromise with him... After doing some research on the internet... i found out that many people have tried to sue insurance companies over this same issue... in some states, they win, in others they lose... it seems that Georgia is on the side of the insurance companies on this one... Anyway, to make a long story short, I shared some stuff that I read with the adjuster and asked if he would consider only providing some of the major parts as genuine parts and he agreed to it... I did spat off some lawsuit cases that I had read about (not the ones in Georgia, because the consumer lost in my state), and somehow it worked... I don't know, but I am happy with this outcome...

whew... it was some work, but in the end worth it...

Oh, by the way, I had some really good help from some Bahai's here in Atlanta... The network here among the Bahai's is AWSOME!!!
